City of Long Lake Code of Ordinances

Land Use Applications
Use the link provided to obtain a copy of the City's Land Use Application form.  If interested in submitting an application, call 952.473.6961 or e-mail jmoeller@ci.long-lake.mn.us.  Please note that there are specific due dates for certain developments that must be adhered to.
 

Downtown Development
The Metropolitan Council awarded the City of Long Lake a $70,000 planning grant to fund the development of an implementation plan for the Downtown Master Plan including a residential and commercial market study.

Maxfield Research completed a Market Potential Analysis for Downtown Long Lake, MN in December 2002.  The study examines the potential for housing, retail and office development in downtown Long Lake through 2010 and includes redevelopment recommendations.
