The Orono Lions Club annually sponsors fundraisers and events in Long Lake
and Orono. Their most high profile event has been the annual
Snowball Open, a winter on-ice golf tournament that takes place on Long
Lake in late January of each year. Their website will offer up to

Hennepin County Property Information Search - Hennepin County
maintains a website for use as a search tool for information on individual
property parcels throughout the County. This site allows you to
enter an address and view public information relative to property
ownership, recent sales data, legal descriptions, market values, tax
summaries, special assessments, property type and homestead status.
Due to confusing postal districts in the Long Lake, Orono and Medina area
(many properties that lie within the municipalities of Orono and Medina
have been assigned Long Lake zip codes), this website also proves helpful
to contractors as they can verify the correct municipality a property
address lies in before mailing in permit applications. |
